These terms apply to your use of aipoint.online (the "Site"), run by Soubick Das ("AI Point", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may read, share links to and print our guides for personal or internal business use. You may not copy substantial parts of the Site, republish our guides elsewhere, or use automated means to scrape the Site without our written permission.
2. Free tools
- The tools on the Site run in your web browser and process files on your own device. We do not receive or store the files you open in them.
- The tools are provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and modify any file you process.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and code are owned by AI Point unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Accuracy and liability
Our guides are general information (see our disclaimer). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from use of the Site or the tools.
6. Advertising and links
The Site may show adverts from Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, which applies from the date it is published.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also have rights under your local consumer law.
